Section 24(b) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(b)with a view to inducing any voter to give or refrain from giving a vote in favour of any candidate or in consideration of any voter having voted or refrained from voting for any candidate, offers or gives any money or valuable consideration or any place of employment, or holds out any promise of individual advantage or profit to any person;
