Section 18(6)(ii) in The Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983

(ii)On receipt of the record, the appellate officer shall send notice to the appellant to appear before him on such date and time as may be specified in the notice for the hearing of appeal.
