(3)After the expiry of the period so specified in a notification issued under sub-section (1), the Appellate Committee shall hear the objections, if any, submitted by the person entitled to cultivate such land or any other person interested in such land and any evidence which any such person may produce in support of the same and forward the objections so submitted and its opinion thereon to the [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government.
