24. Duties of the Finance Sub-Committee
.-The duties of the Finance Sub-Committee shall be to frame schemes of expenditure, to advise on the budget drawn up by the executive of the Advisory Committee and on the accounts of the Advisory Committee and also in regard to all expenditure and to consider all schemes referred to in clause (ii) of the proviso to rule 19.
