Section 648 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
648. Penalty for obstructing contractor.
- Whoever obstructs or molests any person with whom the Corporation has entered into a contract for execution of any work under this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment fora term which may extend to two months or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
