Section 116(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989, every offence punishable under sections 95 to 100 and section 110 shall be triable by the Special Court within whose jurisdiction such offence has been committed.
