Section 2 in The Bombay Identification of Prisoners Rules, 1936
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless thereby anything repugnant in the subject or context, -(a)"Act" means the Identification of Prisoners Act, 1920;(b)"Section" means a section of the Act; and(c)Words and expressions defined in the Act shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Act.
