Section 14(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by giving in writing, signed by him and delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the date fixed under Clause (a) of Sub-rule (1) or Rule 10.
