Permits for head-loads will be in the form of ticket printed on cart-board or otherwise and will be either blank or have the description of produce and value entered on them in print. These card-board tickets will be consecutively numbered in print, the numbers being printed on both their right and left hand edges. Each permit will represent not more than one head-load and will ordinarily hold good for the day of issue only.
