Section 9(12) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Rules, 2018
(12)If any member absents himself for three (3) consecutive meetings over a period of three (3) months, without being permitted to do so by the Authority he shall cease to be a member of the Authority;Provided that any such member may be restored to membership of the Authority by the resolution of the Authority for reasons to be recorded.
