143. Newspapers in which advertisements or notices are to be published.
- Whenever it is provided by this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder that notice shall be given by advertisement in leading daily newspapers, or that a notification or any information shall be published in leading daily newspapers, such notice, notification or information shall be inserted, if practicable, in at least one English daily newspaper and two daily newspapers published in Tamil.
