ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to measure and demarcate the property in Survey No.206/3A, measuring a total extent of 0.05.56 ares, situated at Kalingapatti Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Thenkasi District, within such time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the property in question was already surveyed on 08.04.2022, and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
