CMP(M) No. 4760 of 2023 Notice in the aforesaid terms. In the meantime, impugned order dated 21.01.2023, passed by learned Additional District Judge-I, Kangra at Dharamshala, H.P, in Civil Misc.
Appeal No. 02-N/XIV/2021, shall remain stayed. It is clarified that the order passed by learned Trial Court on 08.02.2021 in C.M.A. No. 282 of 2020, shall remain in operation for the time being.
