Section 3(1) in The Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947
(1)After such date as the Controller may notify in this behalf, no producer shall produce any vegetable oil product unless such producer has made an application in the Form specified in the First Schedule appended to the Controller for obtaining registration certificate.
