(3)Nothing in this regulation shall apply to any evidence given :(i)at an inquiry before an authority appointed by the Government, State Government Parliament, a State Legislature or National Housing Bank; or(ii)in any judicial inquiry; or(iii)at any departmental inquiry ordered by the competent authority.
