Section 2(f) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(f)"Competent Authority" means any officer or authority, authorised by the State Government, by notification, to perform the functions of the competent authority under these Rules, for such area or in relation to such class of recognised Non-Government educational institution as may be specified in the notification;
