(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may by general or special order delegate to the Managing Director of the Board or Sub- Committee appointed by it or to any officer of the Board, any of powers and duties conferred on it by or under this Act as it may deem fit.Chapter-III Regulation of Trading and Contract Farming
