It is the grievance of petitioner (working as Forest Guard under the jurisdiction of Divisional Forest Office, Gwalior) that he has been transferred to Kuno Wildlife Sanctuary, Sheopur and his apprehension is loss of seniority.
Learned counsel for the petitioner referred the order dated 28/2/2022 (Annexure P/1) passed by State Government, Forest Department, wherein, seniority has been readjusted but it is not clear that whether his seniority shall be maintained at district Gwalior only or shall be maintained at Sheopur Divisional Office.
Counsel for the State is directed to seek instructions from office of Chief Conservator of Forest, Gwalior and Divisional Forest Officer, General Forest Division, Morena about the clarification regarding seniority to be maintained of persons like petitioner.
Matter be placed alongwith W.P.No. 7454/2022 at item No. 1 for consideration on 5/4/2022.
Till next date of hearing, petitioner shall not be relieved, if not already relieved and effect and operation of impugned order dated 28/2/2022 (Annexure P/1) so far as, it relates to the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance.
