(3)All properties, all rights of whatever kind, used, enjoyed or possessed by and all interests of whatever kind owned by or vested in or held in trust by or for the University of Calicut constituted under the Calicut University Act, 1968 and all liabilities legally subsisting against the same University, shall pass to the University constituted under this Act.
