Section 33(9)(c) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002

(c)The Committee shall make a release order declaring the child legally free of adoption within the period of six weeks from the date of application in the case of children below the age of two years, and three months in the case of children above that age;
