Section 26(b) in Distillery, Bottling and Warehouse Rules Made Under Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915
(b)The licensee shall be entitled to recover from the retail vendors on amount pet bottle on accounts of its deposit as may be determined by the Excise Commissioner from time to time.
