Section 9(1) in The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Negotiable Warehouse Receipts) Regulations, 2011
(1)A warehouseman may apply for the issuance of new warehouse receipt book(s) in prescribed Form C in the event that the negotiable warehouse receipt book(s) has been lost, damaged or mutilated due to factors beyond the control of the warehouseman.
