Section 18(3) in The Coal Mines Pension Scheme, 1998
(3)In case the sums made available by the Central Government under the provisions of section 3-F for administration of the Scheme are found to be inadequate, the expenditure over and above such sums shall be met out of the Administration Account of the Coal Mines Provident Fund, including one-time initial expenditure involved in implementation of the Scheme, with the approval of the Board of Trustees and the Central Government.
