Section 30(1) in The Goa Education Development Corporation Act, 2003
(1)If the Corporation, after holding a local inquiry, or upon report from any of its officers or other information in its possession, is satisfied that the owner of any land in an educational area has failed to provide any amenity in relation to the land which in the opinion of the Corporation ought to be provided or to carry out any development of the land for which permission has been obtained under this Act, the Corporation may serve upon the owner a notice requiring him to provide the amenity or carry out the development within such time as may be specified in the notice.
