Section 58(4) in Rai Technology University, Bangalore Act, 2012
(4)The manner of winding up of the University or any course thereof shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government in this behalf.Provided that no such action shall be initiated without affording a reasonable opportunity to show cause to the University.
