1. It transpires that the petitioner's visa application dated 29.07.2025 could not be processed despite the directions contained in the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner never applied for a visa by physically visiting the concerned Embassy, and had only filled out an online form for the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner did not pay the visa fee.

3. After some hearing, it is agreed the petitioner shall visit the Indian Embassy on 22.12.2025 (or soon thereafter). Further, the petitioner shall pay the requisite visa fee and furnish such documents as may be required by the Embassy for grant of visa including bank statements, flight details, photographs, etc.

4. The decision as to the petitioner's visa application shall thereafter be This is a digitally signed order.
