7. Funds for the conduct of the Test.
(a)The amounts that are collected from the candidates towards cost of the application and the examination fee shall be directly credited into the account of the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad.(b)The Convener shall draw advances from the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education to incur necessary expenditure for items services connected with the ICET and submit for audit to the Local Fund Audit and submit report thereof to the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
