38. Repeal and savings.
- All rules, orders and instructions hitherto in force pertaining to the subject-matter of any of the provisions of these rules to the extent of their repugnancy are hereby repealed :Provided that save as otherwise specified in these rules, any order made or action taken under the rules, orders and instructions so repealed shall be deemed to have been made under these rules and shall continue to have force and effect.The First Schedule[See Rule 8 (2)]
