Section 17(1) in The Bihar Excise (Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country/Spiced Country Liquor/Foreign Liquor/ Beer and Composite Liquor Shop) Rules, 2007
(1)The licence fee of each shop shall be fixed by Government for whole Excise Year. The one twelfth part of the annual license fee shall be deposited in each month in advance.
