SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral )

1. 2. From the status reports/replies, it seems that enough has been done by the concerned authorities to ensure prevention and monitoring of wild growth of cannabis plants.

3. With the hope and expectation that said process of prevention and monitoring shall continue in future, this Court directs that a complianc compliance/status /status report in regard to prevention and monitoring of wild growth of cannabis plants be filed in this Court once every two months.. In case, the Registry finds that there is anything amiss in the compliance/status report, the matter be placed before the Court as PUD.

4. With the aforesaid observations, for the time being, both these petitions stand disposed of.
