(2)The Committee shall consist of such number of member as may be fixed by the Government from time to time by notification in the Official Gazette and in so fixing the total number of members of the committee, the Government shall specify the number respectively of the nominated members and elected members :Provided that not less than four-fifth of the total number of members of such committee shall be elected by, and from amongst, the elected members of the Zila Parishad and of the municipalities in the district in proportion to the ratio between the population of the rural area and of the urban areas in the district.
