Section 41F(1) in The Punjab Municipal Corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act, 1994
(1)There shall be constituted in the district, A District Planning Committee to consolidate the plans prepared by the Corporation and the Panchayats in the District, and to prepare a draft development plan for district as a whole.
