Section 15(2) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(2)The Development Authority may also appoint any person, who has retired from any post under the State Government or a Government undertaking on attaining the age of superannuation, to any of the posts of officers, referred to in section 10, on contract basis which shall state specifically the terms and conditions of appointment :Provided that the Development Authority shall be under no obligation to appoint such person on permanent basis.
