169. Removal of Doubt.
- If any doubt arises in the interpretation of any of the provisions of these rules, the matter shall be referred to the Government or such other officer as may be specified by the Government by a general or special order in this behalf, and the Government or such other officer may, make order, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and these rules, for the purpose of removing the doubt.
