Section 59 in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
59. Audit.
(1)The accounts of the Fund including the "Administration Account", shall be audited in such manner as the Central Government may direct.(2)The cost of the audit as determined by the Central Government shall be paid out of the" Administration Account".
