Section 161 in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
161. Indemnity for acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority, in respect of anything in good faith done or purported to have done by him by or under this Act.
