Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(1)In case where it is found that an ex-member has abused or misused any of the concessions allowed under these rules, he/she be permanently debarred from availing of the concessions under these rules.
