The learned counsel for the appellant submits that extantly the appellant herein has instituted before the learned District Judge, Chamba, a petition for severing his marital ties with the respondent herein. He hence prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal. He is permitted to do so.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that any findings which occur in the pronouncement ::: Downloaded on - 15/04/2017 21:29:38 :::HCHP 2 of the learned Additional District Judge in HMA Petition No.10/2008/2007 wherefrom the instant appeal has arisen shall not either .
influence or bear upon the learned District Judge while his proceeding to decide the Hindu Marriage Petition preferred by the appellant therebefore for severing his marital ties with of the respondent herein.
