Section 16(1) in Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Conditions of service of the Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016
(1)After initial formation of the staff cadre, if any vacancy arises in any of the grades specified in regulation 14 of Chapter-III or if a new post is created in any of the grade, the same shall be filled up in the manner specified in Schedule-V.
