1. Pleadings in this matter are complete.

2. It appears that the request of the National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur to grant recognition to the Cyber Law Course, provided by distance education, was rejected by the UGC, against which the NLU, Jodhpur preferred an appeal, which was also rejected.

3. Mr. Anand Varma, learned Counsel appearing for the NLU submits that his client is in the process of challenging the said rejection as well.

4. In these circumstances, Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that this matter may be taken up after four weeks, so W.P.(C) 5001/2016 Page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.
