Section 54(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)No person other than a co-operative registered under this Act and a person or his successor in his interests of any name or title under which he traded or carried on business at the dale on which this Act come into force, shall without the permission of the State Government, function, trade or carry on business under any name or title of which the word "co-operative" or its equivalent in any Indian language forms part.
