Section 20(1) in Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1996
(1)Where an application for legal aid or advice is allowed, the Secretary of the Authority/Committee shall issue a Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant entitling him to legal aid or advice in respect of the proceeding concerned.
