(2)All such documents, plans and maps shall, for the purposes of Section 48 and 49 of the Registration Act, 1908 be deemed to have been registered in accordance with the provisions of that Act:Provided that the documents, plans and maps relating to the sanctioned scheme shall be accessible to the public in the manner prescribed.
