Section 13(vii) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Directions, 1960
(vii)Dead end street. - Where a dead end street is permitted, an adequate turning area of a minimum radius of 30 feet shall be provided and the length of such street shall not exceed 200 feet.
