(10)Four separate sub-committees consisting of a Chairman and two members shall be constituted for the smooth functioning of the Fund in the Fund in the following fields and the sub-committees so constituted shall submit recommendations for the Schemes in the respective fields.(a)literature, culture, etc(b)music, drama, drawing, folklore, etc(c)cinema,(d)electronic media and art
