Section 3(3) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), -(i)in respect of the constitution of the Council for the first time under this Act, the members thereof including the President and the Vice-President as mentioned in section 6 shall be nominated by the State Government from amongst persons qualified to be elected or nominated as members ; and(ii)the members so nominated shall hold office for such period not exceeding three years.
