Section 7(3) in THE TELANGANA ANCIENT AND HISTORICAL MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAINS ACT, 1960
(3)Nothing in this section shall be deemed to empowerany person not being of the same religion as the person on whose behalf he is acting to make or execute an agreementrelating to a protected monument which or any part of whichis periodically used for the religious worship or observancesof that religion.
