24. Deans.
(1)The Director General, with the approval of the Board, shall appoint the Deans of the University from amongst the faculties of the University.(2)The Deans shall assist the Director General and respective Directors of University Schools in managing the academic and other affairs of the University, University Schools and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or entrusted to them by the Director General.
