Section 44(b) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2002
(b)The requisition referred in sub-regulation (ii) (a) shall state the purpose for which the general meeting is required to be convened, but may consist of several documents like form each signed by one or more of the requisitions.
