Section 15 in Punjab Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Players (Regulation) Rules, 1989
15. Licensee to exhibit only certified films.
- A licensee shall exhibit on television screen through Video Cassette Player only the films which have been certified to be suitable for public exhibition by the authority constituted under Section 3 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 and such films, when exhibited shall display the mark of the aforesaid authority and the mark should not be altered or tampered with in any manner.
